Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking an IT Provider Informaticist PMO/Operations professional for the BILLINGS CLINIC N 27TH ST BUILDING. The role is full-time, with day shifts, and starts wage DOE in the $35.34–$44.18 per hour range.

You will lead system build efforts, coordinate with providers and IT staff, and support onboarding and training across departments. Responsibilities include project leadership in multidisciplinary teams, routine provider workflow improvements, and ensuring high service

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
• Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and the licensure/certification must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performing system build and maintenance
• Project leadership and participation in multidisciplinary team settings
• Onboarding and ongoing education
• Departmental rounding
• Maintaining a high degree of contact with providers to respond quickly to their changing needs
• Managing customer satisfaction and maintaining high service levels. This position plays a strategic role in communicating changes in processes and procedures to providers, Information Technology staff and employees in a clear and timely manner.
