• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 2 years in a related field; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Licensure/certification must be in good standing for any required licenses.

Responsabilités

• Perform system build and maintenance.
• Lead projects and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Onboarding and ongoing education for users.
• Departmental rounding and maintaining high provider satisfaction.
• Provide front line application support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Communicate changes to providers and IT staff clearly.
• Travel up to 25% for regional projects and support.
