Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support daily technology operations across North Texas campuses. You will mentor IT Technicians, coordinate regional support, and help deploy devices while maintaining secure, classroom-ready systems.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a background in IT for education and a willingness to travel between campuses as needed. It’s a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with K-12 or educational tech environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager in daily technology operations across campuses.
• Mentor IT Technicians and coordinate regional support.
• Support device deployments, inventory, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and instruction-ready technology for students and staff.
• Collaborate with district admins and vendors on technology projects.
