Job summary

Moss, a Vomela Company, is seeking a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations in Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV. The role splits between hands-on technical support and ERP/business systems support.

You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, manage ERP logins and permissions, write SOPs, and train site users. Travel between sites 5% to frequent between LV and Orlando is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or service desk with end-user focus.
• Experience with ERP platforms and user access management.
• Windows desktop troubleshooting and identity and access basics.
• Strong documentation and ticketing discipline.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration with production teams.
• Willingness to travel between Las Vegas and Orlando regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line hardware, software, and network support for two sites.
• Manage ERP and connected systems logins, roles, and permissions.
• Reproduce issues, determine cause, and escalate with context when needed.
• Create, maintain runbooks, and update SOPs for processes.
• Train site users on systems and close gaps between process and practice.
• Route build or config changes into official enterprise intake with context.
