Job summary

Moss, a Vomela Company, is seeking a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations. The role splits 50% site tech support and 50% ERP/business systems support, including access management and issue resolution across hardware, software, and networks.

You will build runbooks, train site users, and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems while coordinating with central IT. Travel between Las Vegas and Orlando is expected regularly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support with end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting an ERP platform, managing access and permissions, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Site Support (50%): Serve as first and second-line support for both locations across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• ERP and Business Systems Support (50%): Manage logins, role assignment, and permission sets across ERP platforms.
