Job summary

Moss, a Vomela Company, seeks a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations with split focus: hands-on hardware, software, and networking, plus ERP and connected business systems access and data issues.

The role requires travel between Las Vegas and Orlando, documentation of processes, and maintaining runbooks and SOPs while enabling end-user productivity and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, service desk, or site/regional IT with end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking.
• Hands-on experience working inside an ERP platform supporting end users, managing access and permissions, and troubleshooting errors and data issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security tooling.
• Disciplined use of a ticketing system, including documentation.
• Strong written communication.
• Credibility with the operators on the production floors.
• Ability to carry a support queue and a platform workstream in the same week.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Las Vegas and Orlando, with occasional additional travel.

Responsibilities

• Site Support: Serve as first and second-line IT support for both locations across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Resolve tickets through resolution and documentation; same-day remote response and on-site visits.
• Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, printing, and production-adjacent equipment at both sites.
• Support the physical network edge, switching, wireless, cabling, and site connectivity; coordinate with central staff.
