Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support with end-user responsibility across hardware, software, and networking.
• Hands-on ERP experience, managing access/permissions and troubleshooting data issues.
• Windows desktop troubleshooting, identity and access, networking basics, endpoint security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support for two sites, covering hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Manage ERP and connected platforms including logins, permissions, and error troubleshooting.
