Job summary

Moss, a Vomela Company, is seeking a Regional IT Analyst to support two production locations. The role is deliberately split: roughly half the week is hands‑on IT support for hardware, software, and networking, and half is frontline support for ERP and connected business systems access, errors, data, and documentation that keeps them usable.

Onsite in Orlando, FL or Las Vegas, NV with 5% travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or service desk with end-user responsibility.
• Hands-on ERP platform experience, including access and permissions.
• Windows desktop troubleshooting, networking basics, and endpoint security tooling.
• Disciplined use of a ticketing system with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Site Support: act as first/second-line support for two locations across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• ERP support: manage logins, roles, permissions and assist with errors or data issues.
• Documentation: build runbooks and keep SOPs current; train site users.
• Travel between Las Vegas and Orlando; coordinate with central IT and HR for onboarding and changes.
