Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises IRC staff, including training, scheduling and prioritizing daily work.
• Ensures timely installations, repairs and upgrades per policy, minimizing delays.
• Coordinates SOC events with Security Operations Center standards and procedures.
• Interviews and selects personnel for IRC positions in region.
