STGi is seeking a Regional IT Manager to oversee IT operations across multiple long-term care facilities. You will ensure secure, reliable, and compliant IT systems supporting clinical, financial, and administrative functions.

You will serve as the IT liaison to facility leadership, manage vendors, coordinate upgrades, and lead cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance initiatives while traveling regionally to installations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years IT experience, healthcare IT preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/regional role preferred.
• Strong networking, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and cloud knowledge.
• Experience with healthcare EHR systems in long‑term care preferred.
• HIPAA security knowledge and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across facilities.
• Ensure high availability of EHR systems and security compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships for EHR, billing, telecom, hardware.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and deployments; DR/BC planning.
• Travel to facilities 40–70% for installations and audits.
• Supervise IT staff or MSPs and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Develop IT policies and onboarding for new facilities.
