Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years IT experience; healthcare IT preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/regional role preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA security requirements.
• Ability to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across facilities.
• Support EHR platforms and ensure system integration.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity controls.
• Lead IT staff or MSPs and develop IT policies.
• Assist with IT budgeting and regional IT initiatives.
