Job summary

McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technology Services Specialist II to oversee Digital Technology services across the SoPac region. The role reports to the Technology Services Manager and acts as the primary regional IT contact for deployments, AV systems, and user training.

The position requires 5+ years in IT or operations management within McCarthy and a relevant degree is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT and/or McCarthy business operations management experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field recommended.
• Experience with construction related applications preferred.
• High level of professionalism required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels; strong written and verbal skills required.
• Collaborative attitude with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary regional IT support partner, ensuring compliance with Digital Policies, Procedures, and Standards.
• Act as point of contact for regional communications and change management.
• Deliver training and education to end users on tech best practices.
• Conduct onsite visits to regional offices and sites for new technology deployments.
• Manage and maintain AV systems in regional offices and on sites; collaborate with Networking and MHI Collaboration Technology Engineers.
• Coordinate with regional teams for project tech requirements and delivery.
