Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Technology Services Specialist II to manage and support Digital Technology services in the SoPac region. This role reports to the Technology Services Manager and acts as the region's primary technology liaison.

Responsibilities include training end users, onsite visits, AV system management, device setup, incident resolution, and collaboration with construction teams to ensure technology delivers on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT and/or McCarthy business operations experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization, both inside and outside of technology.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience with construction-related applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary regional support partner for Digital Technology.
• Ensure compliance with Digital Policies, Procedures, and Standards.
• Deliver training and education to end users on technology best practices.
• Conduct onsite visits to regional offices and project sites to maintain technology and implementations.
• Manage and maintain AV systems at regional offices and jobsites with Networking Engineers.
• Assist regional offices with cost tracking, mobile device setup, and identifying trending issues.
• Provide Level 3 ticket resolution or escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding/offboarding and project start-ups.
• Document solutions in knowledge base and pursue process improvements.
