Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a Regional Irrigation Manager to lead irrigation operations, water conservation initiatives, and regional sales growth across the Northwest region. You will partner with branches, account managers, and field teams to deliver best practices and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate combines strong irrigation expertise with leadership, training, and consultative sales capabilities, and will travel regularly to client sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of irrigation management and leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of smart irrigation systems including Weathermatic, ETwater, WeatherTRAK, RainMaster, Baseline, Calsense, Rain Bird IQ, Hunter Centralus/Hydrawise.
• Advanced knowledge of two‑wire irrigation systems including controllers, decoders, grounding, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Lead irrigation operations and water conservation across the Northwest region.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce water usage while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Support branches in budgets, startups, and property onboarding within 90 days.
• Identify revenue opportunities through irrigation upgrades and services.
• Provide training and technical guidance to technicians, foremen, and account managers.
