Job summary

VRC Investigations seeks a Regional Support Coordinator to assist in day-to-day insurance fraud defense investigations and operational needs for multi-state regions. Located in our Denton, TX corporate office, the role covers documentation, report formatting, invoicing, and collaboration with management and investigators.

The successful candidate will bring administrative experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to multi-task across queues.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or related field is required.
• Must have a valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Format and edit investigation reports to clients standards.
• Review surveillance video and audio recorded statements from field investigators.
• Create invoice lines for investigative services.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the Shared Services Manager or other supervisors.
• Communicate with regional managers, directors, and investigators.
• Follow procedural documents and update as needed.
• Take part in team meetings as well as continuing training sessions.
• Support other teams within the company when needed and time allows.
