Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Regional Physical Inventory Manager to oversee inventory across the North Carolina Distribution Center, stores, and hubs. You will drive inventory strategies, lead a multi-site team, and ensure accurate records and compliance.

You will partner with Finance, Logistics, IT, and Merchandising to optimize processes, implement upgrades to ERP/WMS systems, and present actionable insights to executives. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory management, with leadership or multi-site oversight.
• Experience managing large-scale physical inventories and inventory control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ERP/WMS expertise expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead network-wide inventory strategies across DCs, stores, and hubs.
• Own and manage the annual physical inventory calendar and reconciliation.
• Track inventory performance and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of inventory specialists and site leads; provide training on best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Store Ops, IT, and Merchandising to ensure data integrity.
