Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations on our Dunn, NC campus. You will supervise a team of supervisors and associates, align staffing with inbound/outbound demands, and collaborate across Transportation and campus departments to ensure accurate, timely product movement.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate business priorities to associates

• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Powered industrial equipment certification where applicable

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations with accuracy and service standards
• Lead supervisors responsible for inventory execution and associate performance
• Align staffing with inbound and outbound volume demands
• Partner with Transportation, Shipping, and campus departments for seamless inventory flow
• Serve as a key operational leader under the Campus Manager
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing inventory team
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development of supervisors and associates
• Drive performance with clear expectations, feedback, coaching, and accountability
• Mentor supervisor trainees progressing through the DLOT curriculum
• Conduct departmental meetings to reinforce priorities and company values
• Champion safety and accountability to minimize incidents and ensure quality
• Identify and eliminate waste and drive productivity improvements
• Develop, implement, and report against budgets and goals
• Provide insights to Campus Manager and leadership team
• Recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency
