DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Regional Inventory Control Manager I to drive inventory strategy across the region, advancing best practices and ensuring accurate records. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor compliance, and report metrics while developing associates and shaping policies for reliable stock control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related experience in inventory control/logistics.
• 5+ years in supply chain, distribution, or related field.
• 3+ years in IC Manager role, unit pick environment, large company preferred.
• 3+ years client relationship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory strategy and improve regional effectiveness.
• Define best practice policies, procedures, and techniques.
• Monitor compliance and report issues regularly.
• Mentor and develop lower level inventory staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Establish consistent site metrics and reporting.
• Oversee physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Stay updated on industry technology enhancements.
