Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, analysis, or warehouse operations.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS preferred.
• Experience conducting cycle counts or physical inventories preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee cycle count programs across distribution centers, service centers, and onsite facilities.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, transfer variances, and control issues.
• Review daily inventory exception reports and identify root causes of inaccuracies.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
• Review regional item requests and vendor order adjustments.
• Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel approximately 20% regionally for quarterly visits and inventories.
• Develop, maintain, and audit inventory-related SOPs.
• Train and support regional inventory personnel on best practices.
• Promote consistency across locations through standardized training.
• Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reduce errors.
• Plan, coordinate, and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Provide post-inventory analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as inventory liaison between facilities, operations, and corporate support.
• Lead inventory-related projects from planning through execution.
• Track trends, communicate findings, and implement practical solutions.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
