Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong inventory and warehouse skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team via 2-way radio to update dock and yard locations and container information daily.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers) safely to move products.
• Enter empty/full containers into tracking systems daily.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies; locate missing products and replenish shortages.
• Meet with operations to discuss volume, priority unloads, and upcoming needs for containers.
• Perform daily cycle counts using TELNET software to verify quantities.
• Receive container invoices via email; verify charges against IMS and SharePoint; escalate as needed.
• Reconcile yard checks and update schedule with arrivals, departures, and pickups.
• Use ORACLE Inventory to identify storage locations needing counts.
• Use Scanner to transfer products and correct variances; update ISO paperwork.
