• Reconcile pick exceptions and ISO discrepancies; research issues in Oracle.
• Lead Inventory Coordinators and Dispatchers; drive recruitment and training.
• Coordinate with logistics to resolve shipping discrepancies and RTS processes.
• Maintain locator system accuracy and support annual physical inventory.
