Job summary

TransGlobal, based in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Regional Internal Specialist to support life insurance agents from the regional office, coordinate seminars, and guide financial planning discussions to ensure excellent client service. You will bridge agents with internal teams, assist licensing and training, and contribute to regional growth through strong service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Administrative or customer service experience in insurance (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty).
• Ability to work weekends (monthly) to support local seminars and events.

Responsibilities

• Support affiliated life agents from the regional office and assist other regions as needed.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Coordinate seminars and events including registrations, supplies ordering and organization, venue setup; assist with training videos replay
• Educate agents on financial planning concepts, including retirement preparation and wealth transition strategies.
• Facilitate insurance sales and transactions by scheduling medical exams and collecting client information.
• Serve as liaison between agents and internal teams (processing, contracting, licensing, commission).
• Participate in regular training to stay up to date on product knowledge across all carriers.
