Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is hiring a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents by recruiting, developing, and guiding them to deliver superior client service. You will be a trusted resource, helping agents navigate financial journeys with expertise across our All-in-One platform.

The role involves outreach, event participation, and collaboration with regional teams to promote growth. Licensing in life/health insurance, bilingual English-Chinese ability, and 3–5 years in sales

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; obtain licensing within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or similar activities.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state for events.
• Able to work weekends once a month to support local seminars and events.
• Growth mindset with professional etiquette and fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform for agents and professionals as part of recruitment efforts.
• Approach potential prospects with outreach activities including cold calls, marketing events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships and participate in events, set up booths, and distribute promotion materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' financial needs and optimizing their goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition through financial planning.
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including scheduling medical exams and collecting insured data.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist with assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations within the regional office.
