Perfection Servo, a SunSource company, seeks a proactive Regional Account Associate to support prospecting, CRM data maintenance, and cross‑department collaboration to grow territory profitability. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced office.

Duties include daily outbound calls (target 70), scheduling pickups, and providing weekly updates to Sales Management. Requirements: HS diploma, Associates degree preferred; good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or better preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer literate with internet research.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Hydraulic/electronic background helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone prospecting for assigned Regional Account Managers.
• Maintain account records for assigned sales territories via CRM.
• Work with all departments within Perfection Servo to ensure profitable growth of the territories.
• Weekly review call or meeting with Sales Management.
• May assist in scheduling pickups and shipping for the satellite office, if applicable.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
