Soleo Health in Herndon, VA is seeking a Full-time Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for our specialty infusion patients. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to physician orders, and coordinate care across the service center.

The role requires an RN with a BSN (MSN preferred), multi-state licensure, on-call duties including nights and weekends, and the ability to manage complex nursing operations in a home infusion setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN; MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state with good standing.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Administrative oversight of nursing workflows and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients.
• Implements and supervises physician orders related to nursing.
• Selects, trains, develops and motivates nursing staff.
• Ensures orientation and ongoing clinical competence for staff.
• Coordinates patient care with scheduling and clinical coordinators.
• Ensures nursing documentation is timely and accurate for billing.
• Participates in planning and policy development for nursing services.
• Maintains certifications and regulatory requirements for staff.
