Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee infusion center operations across Midlothian and Virginia Beach locations. Working under the Director of Clinical Services, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure patient safety, and maintain compliance with accreditation and nursing standards.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and requires leadership, strong teamwork, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. A valid RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.
• 1 year infusion experience.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of all direct patient care and operational oversight to ensure safe, compliant nursing standards.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for designated employees.
• Provide documentation related to HR matters involving direct reports.
• Collaborate with Nurse educator for orientation and ongoing education of staff.
• Maintain effective communication so staff are informed of current and future information.
