Atlas is seeking a Regional Infrastructure Market Director - Geotechnical, Environmental & Construction Engineering Services to direct the Burlington, NJ sector. This seller-doer leadership role requires a licensed engineer with a strong geotechnical background and experience in CMT/special inspection and environmental services.

You will own P&L, lead client relationships across southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia region, and partner with NJ Iselin/Avenel sector and Northeast Division to

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering; P.E. in New Jersey (or ability to obtain by comity within 6 months)
• 12+ years in geotechnical / CMT / environmental consulting, incl. 5+ years of P&L or operations leadership
• Demonstrated BD track record and existing client relationships in southern NJ / greater Philadelphia
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams of engineers, inspectors, and technicians
• Familiarity with environmental services (Phase I/II, LSRP program) and cross-selling
• Proficient with project financial tools (Deltek or similar) and contracts

Responsabilités

• Full P&L accountability for the Burlington sector: backlog, utilization, revenue, margin, AR/collections, and forecasting
• Lead business development and client retention: win geotechnical, CMT, and environmental work; manage senior client relationships
• Direct day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, equipment, safety, quality
• Serve as senior technical reviewer and engineer of record for geotechnical deliverables
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; build bench strength and succession
• Coordinate with NJ sector, Northeast Division, and national leads on resources and pricing
• Represent Atlas in the regional market via industry associations and prequalifications
