This senior role oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and performance outcomes for highway infrastructure maintenance, training, and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will balance office and field responsibilities, manage multi-disciplinary staff, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables while maintaining strong client relations and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction project management, or related.
• Ten years of roadway maintenance and project management experience.
• Proven mentoring and team development abilities.
• Familiarity with DOT contract operations.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional direction and operations development.
• Mentor and develop a team of technicians and managers.
• Track maintenance contract performance.
• Coordinate financial planning and budget projections.
• Work with Project Managers to develop short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Analyze field data and improve safety and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports and communicate results.
