Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Manager based in South Florida.

You will oversee profitability, operations, and reputation across the region, directing project scope, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance outcomes for highway infrastructure maintenance and incident management. The role requires an adaptive, analytical leader who can manage field crews and office staff, coordinate with government clients and subcontractors, and ensure deliverables meet

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-faceted long-term projects.
• Proven mentoring, training, and personnel development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction PM, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in roadway maintenance, PM, and client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with DOT contract operations.
• Technical experience with road/bridge maintenance.
• Ability to analyze field data and prepare reports and projections.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
• Ability to manage field and office staff and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional direction and operations development.
• Motivate and develop a team of technicians and managers.
• Track maintenance contracts against plan and targets.
• Coordinate financial planning and budget projections.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on short- and long-term plans.
• Analyze field performance to improve efficiency and safety.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client and corporate reporting packages.
