Position Summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Heavy Structures Project Manager to manage heavy structures asset management operations on comprehensive highway maintenance projects, traveling to various sites completing structures and bridge repairs and maintenance. This position requires performing a wide range of responsibilities on new and existing asset maintenance and roadway services AM/O&M contracts related to planning work, scheduling/managing crews, structures repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government clients and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a leader working in an every-changing environment, meticulous organizational skills, adaptive and analytical problem-solving capabilities, and abilities to effectively create functional teams. The position requires the candidate to work in a unique environment both in the office, out in the project-site (among crews), and within professional organized meetings. Salary

$130K - $150K annual

Sc hudle:

Full-time, usual 5 days a week with weekend and night time work possible. Must be flexible and available to respond to emergency related weather events and client emergencies.
