Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a Manager - Regional Information Security Officer for the NAFTA region. The role leads the Information Security Team within the Americas, ensuring secure, compliant operations and governance of cloud and AI platforms.

You will align with global security standards and risk appetite, advising senior leadership on threats and investments. The ISO will partner across BISOs, ISAs, IT, Compliance, Legal and corporate security to embed secure-by-design

Responsibilities

• Strategic Cybersecurity Leadership: Develop and lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and evolving threat landscapes.
• Governance, Policy & Compliance Management: Define, maintain, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and architectural principles.
• Cybersecurity Program Oversight: Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise information-security program.
• Operational Security & Incident Response: Identify, track, and remediate vulnerabilities, audit findings, and operational security gaps.
• Collaboration with Global, Regional & Local Security Stakeholders: Collaborate with Global Cyber Security to ensure alignment with global security strategies.
