Job summary

Kia Corp. is seeking a Manager of Information Security to lead Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Cyber Resilience for North America.

You will align security programs with Kia Global standards and regulatory requirements, partnering with legal, compliance, and internal audit teams to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture. You will oversee audits, risk management, and third-party risk, guiding security maturity across Kia America, Canada, Georgia, and Mexico while reporting to the Head of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC, Cyber Resilience, Security Awareness and Security Program Management across Kia NA.
• Coordinate ISMC activities and ISO27001 certification readiness.
• Oversee audits, risk management, third-party risk and vendor security assessments.
• Drive security maturity and executive risk reporting to leadership.
