Job summary

Ingenico, a global payments leader, seeks a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to partner with regional business units. You will translate security policies into actionable guidance, build relationships, and drive risk-informed decisions across initiatives and programs.

Lead governance, compliance, and incident response efforts in a dynamic, global environment; travel to regional offices as needed to ensure consistent security standards and risk management across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident response and security audits.
• Experience in regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Understanding of cloud security governance, DevOps and enterprise IT controls.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, vulnerability management and SOC models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with MSPs and regional travel capability.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cybersecurity SME for regional business stakeholders, translating policies into guidance.
• Build trusted relationships and align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and partner with global training teams.
• Conduct security risk assessments for initiatives and changes.
• Advise on risks, controls, and remediation strategies.
• Monitor regional cyber risk and escalate as needed.
• Ensure security standards are applied consistently across the region.
• Support audits and regulatory engagements.
• Represent regional security in governance forums.
