Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead capital improvements and tenant enhancements across a growing national portfolio. Based in Dallas, you will report to the SVP, Construction, and oversee schedules, budgets, and compliance while coordinating with leasing and property teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in commercial/industrial construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills. In-office role with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required.
• 4–5+ years of commercial or industrial construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement projects including bidding, contracting and installation.
• Supervise day-to-day construction progress to meet schedule, quality and compliance.
• Plan, budget, and track deferred maintenance and TI work across multiple sites.
• Coordinate contractor selection, administration and performance management.
• Collaborate with asset management, leasing and property teams for alignment.
