Mars Incorporated is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer for multiple roles (Finance) to lead regional industrial engineering efforts, analytics, and KPI strategy across the manufacturing network. The role drives performance improvement, tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration in supply and manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of related experience, a BS in Industrial Engineering, and strong analytical/change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of related work experience in operations roles.
Experience with Chocolate Salty, Gum, Fruity or related area.
Demonstrated analytical and change-management capability.
Proven efficiency and project-management skills; ability to prioritize during heavy workloads.
Experience in multifunctional projects for supply chain and innovation management.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Supply Analytics: SME for supply measures within Global framework; develop reports and insights for regional sites.
Lead regional metrics strategy: align metrics, data collection, and tech for measurement.
Lead KPI setting processes for IE function: complexity, TRS roadmap, MCP, long-term capacity, labor, NQC.
IMT Value Leadership: represent Internal Manufacturing for FI pillar leadership and VLiC across network.
Regional program leadership: support MSNA supply initiatives and cross-functional leadership.
Lead sessions to build capability within regional IE team and influence operating model.
