Job summary

Mars is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer for multiple roles in Chocolate Salty, Gum, Fruity categories. The role leads regional IE performance, analytics, and FI Pillar alignment to improve site performance and capacity planning across our manufacturing network.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Industrial Engineering, 7+ years of related experience, strong analytical and change-management skills, and experience in cross-functional projects within manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of related work experience (Operations Line Manager, Site Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer, Logistics Manager, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management)
Experienced in Chocolate Salty, Gum, Fruity or related area.
Strong analytical and change management capability.
Proven project management and prioritization skills under heavy workload.
Experience in multifunctional project work for supply chain and innovation management.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Supply analytics: SME in supply measures and train site teams.
Develop reports on data trends to drive decisions.
Lead regional metrics strategy and data collection methods.
Lead KPI processes for IE Function: Complexity Analysis, TRS Roadmap, MCP, Capacity Planning, Labor, NQC.
Lead FI Pillar delivery and VLiC across the network.
Coordinate recurring regional pillar cadence and share learnings.
Participate in regional/global pillar meetings and calibration.
Lead or support MSNA Supply initiatives and regional projects.
