Job summary

Mars UK is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer to lead regional IE activities across Supply Performance, Metrics, and FI Pillar initiatives. You will drive performance strategy for manufacturing sites, and oversee key IE processes network-wide.

Key focus areas include analytics, pillar leadership, and cross-functional project work in supply chain and innovation management. Strong manufacturing technology knowledge is essential, with 7+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years in related roles (Operations Line Manager, Site IE, Project Engineer, Logistics Manager, Industrial Engineer, SCM).
Experience in Chocolate Salty, Gum, Fruity or other relevant area.
Strong analytical and change management capability.
Proven success in efficiency and project management; ability to prioritize during heavy workloads.
Experience in multifunctional project work for supply chain and innovation management.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Supply Analytics: SME in supply measures and trend reports for manufacturing sites.
Lead regional metrics strategy and technology for collecting metrics.
Lead KPI processes for IE Function (Complexity Analysis, TRS Roadmap, MCP, Capacity Planning, Labor, NQC).
IMT Value Leadership lead across the network and FI Pillar delivery.
Regional program leadership/Support for MSNA Supply initiatives.
Lead capability building within regional IE team and participate in pillar meetings.
