Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking an Acute Care Manager of Regional Imaging Services to oversee multiple imaging locations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and team leadership across the region.

The role will lead supervisors, manage regional budgets, ensure regulatory readiness, and partner with clinical and regional leaders to align imaging services with organizational goals. 40-hour weeks, day shift in a connected regional system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of formal radiologic technology training preferred.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple Imaging service locations, including Hospitals and Off Campus Emergency Departments within an assigned region, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, patient experience, access, and service excellence goals.
• Direct and optimize regional Imaging operations through the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance standards, operational workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Imaging supervisors, leaders and teams across the region, including performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and accountability for organizational objectives.
• Manage regional financial performance of the area of their responsibility within a region including Acute care and Hospital Imaging productivity standards, equipment replacement strategies and budgets , monitoring revenues and expenses, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, patient safety, and adherence to federal, state, and organizational standards across all Imaging locations within the region.
• Partner with regional and local leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to align Imaging services with organizational strategies, growth initiatives, community business unit objectives, and patient care priorities.
• Utilize operational, quality, and patient experience data to evaluate regional performance, establish action plans, and drive accountability for achieving strategic and operational goals.
