Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking an operational imaging leader who will report to the VP Imaging and regional leadership. You will shape the imaging growth strategy and oversee inpatient and outpatient locations and modalities in the assigned region or specialty.

You will guide daily operations, ensure safe patient care, manage budgets, and collaborate with campus leadership to optimize access and expansion across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare field.
• 5 years imaging leadership experience.
• RT - Registered Technologist Radiology (ARRT).
• CNMT - Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB).
• RDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).
• Master’s Degree in business or healthcare (preferred).
• 10 years imaging modalities experience (preferred).
• 5 years leadership at a large medical center (preferred).
• CRA - Radiology Administrator certification (upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and operational direction for daily imaging operations across locations.
• Serve as primary imaging lead with executive accountability to VP Operations and Hospital Presidents.
• Define organizational structure to support regional operations with joint venture input.
• Oversee clinical activities and daily operations to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Lead access and capacity optimization across the region.
• Develop annual budgets and ensure cost targets are met.
• Collaborate on annual and long-range capital budgets and expansion plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality, radiation safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify patient experience trends and drive improvements in consumer loyalty.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare field

5 years imaging leadership experience

RT - Registered Technologist Radiology - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

RDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Master’s Degree in business or healthcare field

10 years imaging modalities experience

5 years leadership at a large medical center

CRA - Certified Radiology Administrator - Radiology Administration Certification Commission Upon Hire
