Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Senior Imaging Leader to guide the development of imaging growth strategy and oversee all inpatient and outpatient imaging locations and modalities within the assigned region.

The role leads strategic operational direction, collaborates with VPs and campus presidents, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing access and capacity across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare field.
• 5 years imaging leadership experience.
• RT - Registered Technologist Radiology (ARRT) or CNMT or RDMS credentialing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and operational direction for all imaging locations in the region.
• Serve as the primary imaging lead with executive accountability to Hospital VP Operations.
• Recommend organizational structure to support regional operations.
• Oversee clinical activities and daily operations to ensure safe patient care.
• Provide leadership to optimize access and capacity across the region.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Collaborate to develop capital budgets for the region and expansion plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in imaging and quality initiatives.
• Identify trends in patient experience and drive improvements.
