Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an Associate Vice President Imaging to serve as the senior imaging leader on the hospital leadership team. You will lead the development of imaging growth strategy and oversee all inpatient and outpatient imaging locations and modalities within the region.

In this role you will partner with the VP Imaging and regional leadership to drive daily operations, budget targets, and capital planning, ensuring safe patient care and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare required.
• 5 years imaging leadership experience.
• RT/Radiologic technologist or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and operational direction for daily imaging operations in the region.
• Lead imaging growth strategy and oversee inpatient and outpatient locations and modalities.
• Provide leadership for budget development, cost management and capital planning.
• Collaborate with VP Imaging and regional leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and safety across imaging services.
• Serve as senior imaging leader on the hospital leadership team and coordinate with campus Presidents.
