Qualifications
- 10+ years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
- Experience leading imaging or clinical service lines across multiple sites.
- Experience budgeting and productivity targets for hospital service lines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations, financial performance, and quality of Radiology across East Region.
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and productivity targets.
- Develop and lead imaging managers across sites.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety standards.
