Shared Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the Great Lakes - Twin Cities, MN region and Northwest Iowa. You will lead a strong team, promote high-quality patient care, and build lasting partnerships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold NMTCB or ARRT-N certification.
• Must possess an active permit to practice where applicable.
• Must possess valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for improving patient care via quality operations and team oversight.
• Supervises Technologists, Medical Imaging Assistants and Drivers in daily duties.
• Oversees daily operations of all scanners and responds to issues promptly.
• Conducts ROM observations and staff meetings as required.
• Works with leadership on staffing, hiring and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with QA, safety, and transportation guidelines.
