Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and activities of general radiology services.
• Provides accountability to the Radiology Leader for operating and capital budget performance and fiscal responsibilities.
• Plans, develops, and implements policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Performs hiring, orientation, counseling, evaluating, and disciplinary actions as warranted.
• Ensures staff training and development.

Responsible for the planning, development, implementation of policies, procedures, and systems of the department to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of SMDC Radiology as well as the requirements of Joint Commission, American College of Radiology, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Performs hiring, orienting, counseling, evaluating, and disciplinary actions as warranted.
