Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (radiologic technology, allied health/science, or healthcare/business management) with two years of healthcare leadership experience, or five+ years supervising radiology operations.
• Experience implementing organizational change, setting performance measures, budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and activities of general radiology services.
• Provides accountability to the Radiology Leader for operating and capital budget performance and fiscal responsibilities.
• Plans, develops, and implements policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Performs hiring, orientation, counseling, evaluating, and disciplinary actions as warranted.
• Ensures staff training and development.
