Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
• More than five years in a leadership role with staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and supervise staff.
• Participate in budgeting and manage profit and loss for centers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, evaluations, coaching, and hiring.
• Collaborate to pursue process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure high quality patient care and responsive service.
• Audit clinical records for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
