Envision Radiology in Buena Park, CA seeks a Regional Center Director to lead multiple imaging centers, directing operations, staff, and budgets to meet goals with strong compliance.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory standards, manage referrals, and drive cost improvements while delivering high-quality patient care. This senior role requires healthcare leadership experience and a Bachelor’s in Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Qualifikationen

• Three plus years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
• Five plus years’ experience in a leadership position with staff supervision.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation.

Aufgaben

• Provides day-to-day oversight of Center operations and supervision of staff.
• Participates in budget creation of assigned Centers. Responsible for the profit and loss performance of assigned Centers.
• Implements and enforces all application regulatory standards, requirements and guidelines in the Center. Ensures compliance of policies and procedures by personnel.
• Coordinates staff work and training schedules, performs employee evaluations/performance management, provides coaching and assists in the interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees.
• Collaborates with other members of the organization to look for process improvements and cost reduction opportunities to better assist our centers and their ability to provide spectacular service.
• Oversees and takes responsibility for the delivery of care to all patients served by the Center. Monitors patient service feedback and responds to all escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Audits clinical records to ensure all regulatory standards are met and looks for process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Represents the organization with all referral sources, physicians and the community on as-needed basis in conjunction with Marketing Account Manager.
• Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory and distribution and oversees the completion of these processes as necessary.
• Analyzes and organizes clinical operations for designated Centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
