Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue for Camus hydronic boiler products across a defined US territory. You will lead sales efforts with Representatives, Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and end users, and report to the Mississauga office.

The role requires a track record of sales growth, multi-channel leadership, and hands-on strategy development; travel up to 75% is expected, with a focus on profitability and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and market development in industrial equipment.
• Prior sales management in commercial/industrial boiler products.
• Experience with independent sales rep networks.
• Track record of significant sales growth.
• Experience with multiple channels to market.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate sales to representative accounts and end users.
• Meet budgeted objectives for profitability and sales volume.
• Develop and deploy sales and market strategy for Camus hydronic products.
• Visit customers to understand needs and present features and benefits.
• Promote growth with marketing teams and reps.
• Travel 50-75% to visit locations.
