Job summary

Eagle Creek Hydro Operations, LLC seeks a Regional Manager to lead daily regional operations of assigned hydro facilities and ensure safety and compliance with licenses and permits. You will drive maintenance planning, supervise teams, and coordinate outages and contractor activities.

You will oversee electrical systems, train staff, and monitor performance, aiming for optimal cost-benefit and reliable power delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage electrical distribution equipment.
• Proficient with company-approved software and CMMS.
• Positive, proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise plant employees in operation and maintenance of generating units to ensure high reliability and safety.
• Provide support for outage planning, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Resolve plant problems including troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and root cause analysis.
• Perform LOTO, create work orders & PMs.
• Ensure electrical outputs are maintained at maximum levels and efficiencies.
