Job summary

Eagle Creek RE Management, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across our hydroelectric portfolio. You will collaborate with engineers, operations managers, and project leads to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relevant projects, experience across multiple disciplines, and willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years in construction/energy projects.
• Experience leading civil, mechanical, electrical, and control projects.
• Experience in hydroelectric or renewable energy preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~30–50% for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Make day-to-day decisions during project execution and manage risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project success.
• Develop and update cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide status reports to management and support PM training.
• Attend meetings to track progress and develop tool templates.
